Calorie Counting during the Holiday Szn!

Calorie counting each meal that you eat can be an efficient and easy way to manage and lose extra weight during the holiday season. I've been tracking my calories for a couple of weeks, now, and have done it before on multiple occasions. I feel as though I can already see changes in my appetite and weight. I have been using a very convenient 'calorie counting app' on my phone. My favorite thing about the app is that they have the correct calorie information for a wide variety of foods and restaurants'. I find this to be especially important during the during the holiday season, where we go out and trick-or-treat for candy and we prepare and eat heartfelt meals with our families and friends. My goal is to continue calorie counting on my weight-loss journey and even enter into the new year doing so. I will keep you guys updated and hope to hear from you as well! Happy Holidays!
