Calorie Counting during the Holiday Szn!
Calorie counting each meal that you eat can be an efficient and easy way to manage and lose extra weight during the holiday season. I've been tracking my calories for a couple of weeks, now , and have done it before on multiple occasions. I feel as though I can already see changes in my appetite and weight. Losing Weight and Loving Your Body AS IS!
Losing weight is something that most young girls, and even older women, want to do. Whether it be for health related reasons, or to meet societal norms, most women feel the need to lose weight.
